I contacted Aquapro the day after a public holiday when our hot water cylinder wasn’t working. The issue turned out to be electrical not plumbing so they arranged for a subcontract electrician to attend, and the issue was resolved quickly. I was impressed by their prompt response and found the invoice to be reasonably priced. The only surprise was a $30 administration fee, which I felt was a little steep. Overall, I would call Aquapro again if I had a plumbing issue.

I was extremely happy with the responsiveness of the team at every moment. They were lovely to deal with on the phone, friendly and responsive to the urgency of my call. The technician was friendly, professional and did the job well. He even went over and above with checking other taps etc.
Great firm to deal with, nothing to much trouble and after replacing our hot water cylinder they cleaned up and put our cupboard back so well you wouldn’t know it had been taken apart.
Great customer service. I even got a follow up text the next to be sure the issue was resolved. Friendly helpful staff. Totally recommend.
