“I went in today to sort out a problem I ran into with my vape/pods. "Jay" the store manager was an absolute legend & super informative about all of the products. He managed to even show me a custom method of still being able to use an outdated vape I owned so I didn't waste my money. On top of that he gave me a great deal on a brand new vape. Cannot fault his customer service - definitely recommend to anyone else struggling and or looking for new products! Thanks Jay!”

By the time I had the email open another staff member had my online order sitting in front of her. Then she asked if the name on the order was my name which I replied yes.
