    Absolutely bad customer service. Ordered two bottles of wine and instead of replacing it because they didn’t have the one I wanted with something similar they just gave me the one with a note attached to it and no refund. Or communication. Totally unprofessional. Never even got an opportunity to select a different drink. Ridiculous
