   If I could give 0 star, I would do it. Do not send any wine oversea with them. I had so many trouble with 6 bottles of wine that I wanted to send to Europe. They didn't do the parcel properly (they didn't put the invoice in it) so the parcel got stuck at the custom and couldn't reach the French customs. I tried to call them many times, as I spent quite a lot of money in that. And they tried a little bit but they were no communication at all with the staff. (except for a person called Chris who tried very hard to find out, thanks for that. ) But at the end, the manager was just ignoring my emails and calls. After 7 weeks, I found out that the parcel was sending back to NZ and still no answer. So I called the customer service ( maybe should have done that first) and the person was really nice and sent back the parcel. But same problem happened, they didn't put the invoice at the right place on the parcel and it got stuck again. Called again, they tried to find out but after a few weeks, I called them again and the person told " Well, I am actually just here to help, we are not actually responsible for the parcel ". Seriously? If you send a parcel, take customer's money, and make a mistake (again!) when you make the parcel , you are responsible for it. Well, after a long process, my family finally reached the custom and I had to remake to invoice and my parcel finally arrived after 3 months! It was for a special occasion, so after 3 months, it was kind of ruined gift's.
