   I went in today to sort out a problem I ran into with my vape/pods. "Jay" the store manager was an absolute legend & super informative about all of the products. He managed to even show me a custom method of still being able to use an outdated vape I owned so I didn't waste my money. On top of that he gave me a great deal on a brand new vape. Cannot fault his customer service - definitely recommend to anyone else struggling and or looking for new products! Thanks Jay!

   Rude girl serving tried to purchase scales had wrong pricing on the scales, didn’t want to sell me them at stickered price, then proceeded to sell me scales that I didn’t ask for, had to go back and she tried telling me I was wrong but I know what scales I asked for extremely rude don’t think she liked me very much for some reason lady with bright orange hair, won’t be going back to this cosmic again awful customer service stressful experience, staff standing around looking high staring into space Crazy!
