“THE HIDDEN GEM OF AUCKLAND!!! If you're looking for a place that delivers incredible flavour and quality at an unbeatable price, this small, unassuming spot is the one. It may only have four tables, but the food is what truly steals the show. We ordered lamb flaps, chicken, chips, and taro, and every bite was amazing! The lamb flaps were perfectly tender and flavourful, the chicken was juicy, and the taro added a unique touch that made the meal feel extra special. Despite its small size, it’s worth every minute of the 1-hour drive I made to get there! The best part? Our total bill, including a 600ml Coke, came to just $33, and both of us left feeling full and satisfied. This is the kind of hidden gem that you'll want to visit again and again. It's well-priced, the food is top quality, and the friendly atmosphere makes the experience even better. I can't wait to come back!”

“I only order salmon and avocado sushi. Came here for the first time 2 days ago and the workers were very friendly and accommodated my request for a newly made pack of sushi without the wasabi and ginger in it (allergies). They did not hesitate to make a new pack and they smiled and were attentive to me and other customers the whole time. The sushi itself contained a lot of salmon compared to St Pierre's. I will definitely be back.”

I felt it easy to order a couple of dozen savory mince pies to shout morning tea for one of my customer out that way. They sing their praises too.”

“Lovley wee Cafe. Plenty of outside seating, on a nice deck, with ample parking spaces right outside. Had Eggs Benedict with salmon. Eggs were perfectly poached with a plentiful amount of smoked salmon. The best latte I've had for ages! Definitely reccomed this Cafe, next time I'll be trying the whitetail fritters”

“Eaten brunch here a couple of times. Eggs bene and avo on toast. Good both times. Has become a regular stop for a coffee and cake after a dog walk. There are 2 doors, so ordering and counter food is done in the back corner. You can then walk outside to the diner and take a seat. Makes for a nice quiet area to chat while waiting for food as no coffee machine working! Dog friendly and outside seating area for firry friends.”

The food was beautifully presented in such a creative way, and it tasted just as good as it looked. The coffee was outstanding — easily one of the best I’ve had, thanks to the talented barista. A special mention to Sandun De Silva, the owner, for creating such a wonderful place. You can really feel the passion and care that goes into every detail here. Goods were very well stocked and displayed for easy access and the place was very clean and pleasant to shop. Friendly service too.
