“I must thank Dr Parm for an excellent experience at his surgery. I had a problem with a canine that eventually needed to be extracted and an implant put in. I am a very anxious person when it comes to dentists. However with Dr Parm, I hardly felt the needle when the anaesthetic needed to be injected. “I was really stressful and concerned about my cat who started to show signs of not being able to open her right eye and I was worried death. So I call first thing in the morning to book an appointment for her and all the clinics are fully booked. Even Herne Bay as well of course. But what I love about them is they don't just hang off the phone telling me there's no spot for my cat, instead they provided me with some useful information on what to do and they showed care to my cat's situation ♡ I'm really grateful for the lady who answered my call this morning;) she was super helpful and lovely! Can't recommend this vet enough even ive only been there once.”
