“A previous diagnosis on the ECU of my 95 Surf indicated the capacitors had started to leak and when the truck started experiencing auto shifting problems I dropped it into the workshop to be fixed. Ian had to send the ECU to Nelson to be repaired. Dropped the Surf off Tues morning and it was back on the road all fixed by mid day Fri and I am VERY happy with the service and price charged. “I got my oil change and replaced three old tyres and with an hour of replacing, I hit a kerb in Island Bay and ruptured my sidewall of the passenger side new tyre . I called the store and Erwin ( Adelaide road store Manager) attended the call while he was supposed to shut the store within 15 minutes, understood my situation with empathy and immediately sprung into action . “My niece recommended I see these folks. My car developed an intermittent fault where the electrics just crapped out.. I did some simple stuff and was able to get car started etc.. Took car in first thing in the morning and explained situation and symptoms.. We developed a plan for a cost effective diagnostic. After making sure the car was fully 'HOT' returned where the team went to work and poked and prodded.. They could not reproduce the fault but did check more than I could do myself.. Am I pleased? INDEED I AM!! CAnnot ask for more than has been done.. Car may still crap out, however they are happy to help whilst I'm still in Upper Hutt.. Five Stars, Customer focused and provide as much info as they can about what they have found/done etc..”
