   Disappointed as I booked my Sons Mazda Atenza in, to check the battery for a parasitic drain issue. The battery was flattening over a day or 2 when not in use. The inspection video came back that it had been checked for faults and needed a tune up. I called and said that this wasn’t going to fix the battery draining issue, which is what it was there to be checked for. After a second inspection it was found there was a light on the dash showing a door wasn’t closed properly. Turned out the boot hadn’t closed properly due to debris in the latch causing the light to drain the battery. When I went in to pay it cost $200. I questioned the receptionist as I didn’t feel the battery issue had been relayed correctly to the Mechanic. She told me that there was a procedure the mechanics have to follow and had to asses faults etc first before checking the battery for a slow drain. I feel that my concerns weren’t heard and left feeling shut down frustrated and out of pocket.

   Very efficient service. They were under a very tight time frame to complete a repair as the vehicle had an urgent task to complete. Despite being let down by the parts supplier, they finally obtained what was required and was able to complete the repair. Outstanding effort.

   We have been going to Rocky Auto for a few years now & we have always found them to be very friendly & helpful. The receptionist is super friendly and you always get greeted with a smile on her face she will drop you off at work when necessary. The videos that they now do of their work is fantastic & send to you to show what they’ve done & anything that needs attention in the future. Would highly recommend Rocky Auto.

   I knew my car had a lot of issues and was going to cost a bit. But rocky auto honestly was so great to deal with. They were upfront with all the prices and would get approval before carrying out any work, which I really appreciate! I even got some discounts. The staff were lovely and explained everything. Would highly recommend - and I don't often leave reviews!

   Total professionals from start to finish no hassles mechanic come to talk to me to enlighten me what needed to be done and what the next steps were admin was kind knowledgeable and very helpful over the phone would recommend to anyone that needs great quality service on there car 10/10 and will definitely be back.
