Just amazing service and fast...I took the company car there last week for a quick look, then dropped it off today (the Tuesday after last week)...all fixed in speedy fashion.
Really disappointed with the lack of communication and understanding with Ron wood. I was recommended this place and believed my car was in good, safe hands. My car had been in an undriveable condition since December 2nd 2024. My car was towed to Ron wood on the 19th of May to fix a few things adding up to approximately $1,500. The sill of my car was damaged within this, and Ron wood takes no accountability for damaging my car - $1178 worth. They then dropped my car to a compliance centre (which I approved) and gave them no contact details, so JBing compliance was not able to contact me to tell me my car had failed. On the 2nd of July I went into JBing and found my car had been there since the 23rd of June and failed compliance on the 24th of June due to sill damage I did NOT do. I have not driven my car since December 02, and the damage is new. Ron wood has refused to communicate with me, have never replied to any of my emails since asking if I wanted my car sent to compliance, this was the 24th of June, however on paperwork my car was at the compliance centre on the 23rd of June and it was driven there and dropped off without them providing me any contact details, or them any contact details. The way they have continued to ignore me screams guilty, and the fact I was left with $1178 damage disgusts me, no one offered any help or solutions to this. I would not recommend this place to anyone, they don’t care if they damage your car. They just deny they did. Since this review, I was contacted twice via phone stating they would contribute to the cost of the sill damage because they “felt bad”, however a week later - they have ignored me since and not ever contributed anything to the cost of the damage. I have emailed numerous times, and in this whole situation I’ve been replied to via email 1 time, via phone call - twice on the same day, this was also the same day as the email. They don’t care AT ALL. They’ve done nothing to help or fix this situation, I’ve recorded every single conversation. I also since found out they left my car at JBing compliance centre since the 18th of June WITHOUT my permission, Nick even stated they didn’t start working on my car till a week later, blaming JBing, however this was because I didn’t give permission for my car to even be there until the 24th June. In this he drove my car, without my permission, days before I even consented to this. There is so much wrong with this whole situation, and it has been the worst service I’ve ever received. A company that speaks so highly of themselves, yet they don’t have cameras, they don’t take photos of cars, they don’t care if they damage your car, and they make promises of compensation that they cannot fulfil. Absolutely disgusted with how they think it’s okay to do this to someone.
Couldn't rate these lovely people highly enough. They fixed my car perfectly for a very reasonable price, were so nice to deal with and even gave me a lift home when I accidentally left my keys behind. Thank you so much!

Nick diagnosed and fixed an electrical issue with my car boot - fast, efficient and friendly all at a very fair cost. 1000% recommend these guys. Would definitely use them again for any future repairs.

Even though they had been recommended, was still pleasantly suprised at how straight forward and efficient they were. Very reasonable rates. Its definitely a Mum + Pop + Son outfit, was very relaxed and they were very good at explaining things. Very likable crew. I noticed of the very few complaints on this site, nearly all are related to phone calls. This is more a stop-in-and-say-Hi place. 150% will be going back when the need arises.
These guys really know their stuff! Super helpful and went out of their way to accommodate me. I even pestered them with questions about the work they were doing and they took the time to answer and explain the problem and how they were fixing it. I learnt so much from them. All the work was completed to an excellent standard and I will definitely be using these guys for all my future work.
A great place to go to - my car only needed a headlight bulb replacement, which they did quickly and pleasantly, and polished the headlights too! Highly recommended.
