“I have an Audi S4 that had an unknown tune on it when I bought it and was feeling very underpowered, Richard helped me identify what tune it had and overwrite it with a brand new APR ECU and TCU tune, the car drives better and faster than it has ever done, gear changes are much smoother, and it even helped settle a rough idle issue I was having. The whole process only took about an hour and Richard was great banter while we waited with tones of recommendations for servicing, upgrades, etc. I only contacted them about getting this done yesterday and they’ve got me sorted and our the door so quick with great communication.”

“I called on the day to book in for a WOF, and they were able to slot me in straight away. The service was quick—much faster than other places that had asked me to leave my car for the whole day. The woman at the front desk was lovely and explained clearly what work might be needed down the line. Having someone vibrant and welcoming handling the front-of-house makes a huge difference to the overall experience—and in my experience, that kind of service isn’t common.
