Service Pro were one of the very few places available at short notice to help with my son's car that was causing issues whilst driving up to chc to catch a flight. Their reception service was exceptional, following up on my queries and getting back to me with prompt response. When my son managed to get his car there upon his return flight to chc a few days later, (after 3.30pm), they took his car, checked it, and fixed it straight away. He was able to drive back home safely that night! (350km trip). Thank you to Suzanne and the team for the great service you provide! From a grateful Mum!
Called after failing a WOF for excessive play on the front wheels. Parts were ordered straight away and a day later I could already get it done which was perfect because I had a ferry to catch a few days later. Much quicker and less expensive than I thought. Very friendly and professional staff, highly recommend!
