My rear windscreen shattered between Christmas and New Yearβs whilst 500+kms away from my home in Wellington. None of the big chains could sort but Hamilton Windscreens truly went above and beyond to source and fit a replacement on the last day of the year - enabling me to return home.
These guys are brilliant. Super efficient and sourced the after market screen that met all the genuine Ford specs as per insurance policy, they delt with my insurance for me. Regan was helpful with advice and very efficient, clear communication and the entire job went well. This is the second windscreen I've had replaced here and they willingly did another small job for me in the past also whice was hardly worth their time but says something about customer service. Wouldn't use anyone else now but these guys.
No issues recommending. Have fixed a number of screens for me over the years including more technical installs. Efficient and easy to deal with....good old fashioned customer service!!

Had an issue after 7+ years of having windscreen replaced here. They offered to look into it and sorted it out without any hassle. Car is now fully water tight and I'm happy. Great "whole of life" service!
Went in to get the quarter window of my car fitted. Right from the first call to picking up the car, Marcus was exceptionally wonderful and helpful. I was seen right away, and had a quick turnaround on the job. The service is exceptionally great, would definitely recommend.
I got a chip in my windscreen while on a road trip and found this shop on Google Maps. The reviews were spot on - this place is just as friendly and efficient as described. They were able to fit me in for a repair right away, fixed the chip I came in for as well as another one I hadnβt noticed, and then got it all sorted with my insurance to cover cost. Top notch business!
