I’ve taken my car to Bridgestone Botany a few times now and the service has been consistently excellent. The team is always professional, friendly, and very helpful. I’ve had wheel alignments, balancing, rotation, and new tyres fitted - all done perfectly and on time. Booking is super easy and the whole process is smooth. Highly recommend their reliable and prompt service!
Great service! Vaughn, Brendan & team have looked after my tyre needs twice in 2 years. Firstly, they provided prompt service for a work car after the tyre was damaged in a minor accident. Then in August I needed new front tyres for my personal car. I wanted to invest in a quality tyre as I often drive out of Auckland. I ended up getting a higher quality tyre (on special and a bit extra taken off) from Bridgestone for a similar price as a mid-range one from a competitor (who then added on costs for fitting etc). These guys won't rip you off and give good advice. Very happy with the tyres and the after-sales care - tyres pumped up for free with accurate, calibrated equipment and free tyre rotations! Would highly recommend this Bridgestone crew!!
Excellent service! Came in for a wheel alignment and the team not only did a great job but also picked up on an issue with my vehicle that I wasn’t aware of. They explained everything clearly, kept me updated throughout, and made sure it was sorted properly. Really appreciate the friendly, professional service and great communication. Highly recommend!
Had to get a puncture looked at, plus wheel alignment done for a Model 3. The team had some availability on short notice which was a life saver. Really friendly team and great service and advice. I'd easily recommend them to anyone looking to get similar work done and will be referring friends and family here.
