   Customer service was lacking…Went in for puncture repair Monday. Got home after repair complete and tire was still going flat. So I Went back in same day. They tested again and said sidewall damaged needs new tire can’t repair on sidewall. Said they’d ring me when it’s ready (didn’t specify a rough price though) . 4 days later (Friday) end of the week I still haven’t heard anything? Went back in. No one had touched it. Another guy fixed it when I arrived but told me I should have called if I was waiting that long? Perhaps an apology for delay would have been more appropriate than saying I should have called them. Wasn’t my fault. Lastly I was happy to pay for new tire but I asked for a refund for the first failed puncture repair payed that wasn’t necessary because the tire repair was on a tire they later said can’t be repaired. So why was that not identified before letting me go and save me paying for an ineffective repair? He said he wouldn’t refund me for the whole puncture repair but he would give me $10 off the $30 I paid for an unnecessary repair. I would have thought a professional outfit would have felt bad enough for the muck around to swallow a $30 loss but turns out they disagree.

   First timer and had a wheel alignment booked at 9am. Car was ready in an hour. Appears to be a thorough service as other places only take 30 mins or less ! Very busy centre so best to book in advance. Waiting area in foyer as well. Good place indeed.

   Professionalism, reasonable prices, efficient and willing to do extra step to ensure everything is running as it should. After few visit at other services along the way from Wanaka which weren't able to fix it properly and were more expensive I came to Hi Tech Service with the big request. Guys heard me out, took the car for a test drive, gave me their opinion with a quote and we book it in for a whole day repair few days later. All that happened within one day. For me, personally, the best service. Thank you for bringing my van back to shape.

   Wow, what an amazing experience I had with these guys! I made an appointment but got delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. They were understanding and accommodating and managed to still do the service for me. They then asked me questions about my driving and the wear and tear on the wheels that I had never been asked before. The owner/manager? was so so friendly that I couldnt help and smile. It made my day! Service was timely and above all, the price was the most affordable I've ever paid for a wheel alignment in NZ in the 13 years I've been here. And now the ride is just sooo smooth! Highlly recommend!!!

   Great, friendly service. I'd forgotten my wallet, but the owner allowed me to pay the next time I came back to complete the WoF. Also lent me the 7mm wrench I needed to take out one of the seats in the van to pass it. Warrent of Witness is not listed on their website, but they do do it. I'd recommend the business to make a page on the website about it.

   Great service, professional equipment, good prices. There is a large waiting area with easy access and free coffee and tea. Comfortable seating and some friendly conversation with whoever is sitting at the front counter. Parking can be a little difficult as it is a busy place with a narrow street. There is a disability park. The best place for wheel alignments in Christchurch. Highly recommended.
