Matt went above and beyond the call of duty to hook me up with a deep cycle battery that I could pick up from Manukau after I made the error of purchasing a battery that could only be picked up from the Wellington store. Extremely happy with my purchase. The battery is as strong as an ox! Five stars.
The battery bolts for an american van fitted perfectly. I ordered them online, they responded the same day, and shipped them to me. Very prompt reply and very easy to deal with. I would certainly use them again.
I rated this 5 stars, because, I'm old school in the way that I prefer to visit a physical store, and talk with a real person who knows what they're talking about, honest advice. I came away with a superior product, given the choice of various options. Though not in stock, they were sourced and shipped in appropriate timeframe. Proper service, thank you and I'll be back.

Excellent service and a great price on a genuine OEM factory replacement for my Skoda Yeti. The Battery Cell guy charged $268 incl GST. Gazley wanted $1,250 incl GST. That's not a misprint and it was the same German Varta battery with the same VW part number.

Very good experience. I needed a Varta AUX1 battery due to size for my vehicle. The Battery Cell has good price. Good phone manner, good communication and I was able to click & collect here in Auckland.
If you need any kind of battery, big or small (very small) then this is the place to come. It's out of town so a bit of a hike to get there if you live in the city, but they pretty much have every kind of battery you could possibly need. I have bought a motorcycle battery off them previously - my most recent purchase/visit was for a watch battery. Highly recommended.
