car was taken here in february through insurance, when i collected it the window trim hadn’t been put back on and was thrown on my backseat, the valve cap on the wheel that was replaced wasn’t returned to me and was replaced with a different one, and they apparently did a wheel alignment on the car but the steering is even worse than when it was crashed into. at least the loan car was nice

I came here today to get my badly dented rear door replaced with a good used door. The team was friendly and helpful, I was quoted with a reasonable price. They told me they were fully booked for the week but Alan went above and beyond for me to get my door replacement done by the next day. Little did I know that it would be done by today. Just got my car back from repairs and the results are outstanding, my car looks brand new and fresh! I used one of their zippy courtesy cars in the meantime.
