Just had Dan from Floor Mart in Hastings come and do a small carpet job in my lounge, awesome job, highly recommend them.
My first experience with Floormart was very professional and efficient. The quote I received was fair, and I was able to upgrade to the top-quality underlay and a higher-grade carpet at a reasonable price. The service and communication were excellent, and their response time was quick. The two installers worked well together, were clean and tidy, and completed the job within the timeframe they specified, leaving my house in excellent condition. Additionally, Floormart helped me finish the job earlier than expected, allowing me to move into my new property on schedule. Took my order, booked my install, and took my money, but did not bother ordering the product and only informed me of this the afternoon before the confirmed install date. I gave them an opportunity to make things right and complete the job, but they never bothered to phone me back at the agreed time. Had to get a refund and go elsewhere. Incredibly disappointed.
