Fantastic store. I was served by a salesperson who was stellar at knowing about all the sunnies in store and had great tips on the styles. The owner was very knowledgeable about the local area and had some great suggestions about places to visit nearby. One of the best sales experiences I've had!

I’ve made a police report on my glasses being stolen as I’ve been told one of the staff members have taken them home - those are $210 and they are my property and they have been taken home - I took them in to get the nose pieces replaced 2 weeks ago - after ringing to see where they were I was told they would be sent to Hastings -I called Hastings and they didn’t know where they were - so I called Napier back and have been told they were take home by a staff member?!?!?!!?!? I ask why and they told me that’s normal —— in what world is that normal …. I was blamed for the whole process and not a single one of them seemed at all worried that my glasses had been stolen by a staff member

The service was amazing! Extremely knowledgeable and cheerful. When out of his way for us, to help us with our sunglasses issues even though we didn’t purchase them from his store. Will definitely be turning to this store to buy sunglasses in the future. :)

Had my Christian Dior glasses repaired by soex eyewear after first repair attempt at big chain store was a complete disaster. Fitted with new lenses. Spot colour of tint and super quick turn around. Amazing service! Owner really knows his stuff. Highly recommend!!!
