This place is genuinely my favourite takeaway place in Hawke’s Bay! I cannot recommend them enough. Incredible value for money, good portion sizes, high quality ingredients and the staff are lovely. Been coming here regularly for a while now, and have never been disappointed!
Would 100% definitely recommend this place. The owner is lovely and super friendly. Great for a quick Banh mi roll for lunch and they are nicer than some I have had in Saigon. Also perfect if you want an easy option for dinner, the meat on coconut rice is yum too. The steak, chips and mushrooms are delicious also. A great variety of options on the menu and such reasonable prices. 10/10 ❤️
Wednesday steak special, truly value for money and the steaks, sauce and chips wow. Real value for money. Staff also so friendly. Highly recommend trying it.

This place is officially my favorite Banh Mi shop in the north island. It is affordable, fresh and extremely delicious. The pictures dont do this place justice, as all the meat is hidden underneath the pickled carrots. The staff are very nice and offer exceptional customer service. We ended up eating here 3 times in the 2 days we stayed and will definitely be coming back. This place made the 4hr drive worth it!
Ordered the Pulled Pork on chips, which came with salad aswell, which was delicious. Also ordered the Banh Mi Pulled Pork Bun which was also very tasty. Definitely will be back, everything was super fresh and scrumptious.
