   A letter was delivered today addressed very clearly to someone at 33 Heynes Place, Clive. We live at 33 Delta Mews Place Clive. I can't even phone NZ Post to inform them because they don't supply a phone number on the business listing. Are they employing people who can't read English? What am I supposed to do with someone else's letter who lives a considerable distance away?

   Paid for overnight delivery, 3 days later still no parcel and still no update on the tracking status. Item was only going from Waipukurau to Hastings. It's not good enough NZ Post.

   Tracking said I have been left a calling card for attempted delivery whilst I was at home and there was no card left!! O800 number keeps disconnecting So now I've got to go look for my package, not the first time the drivers haven't delivered my parcel while I've been home they're just lazy

   Hopeless. Twice now NZ Post courier have just chucked my parcel over the fence onto the concrete driveway. Last time it had glass jars of paint in. No attempt to open the gate or put it in the letterbox. Please do better.

   Although I have been suffering from the apathy of another branch of the NZ Post Hastings, it was refreshing to be comprehensively served by the staff at the NZ Post Delivery Depot. The lady that helped me today, gave excellent options instead of the excuses given by NZ Post ai and the call center personel, with a warm and welcoming demeanor. Unfortunately she wasn't wearing a name tag or I'd lord it now on this forum.

   My parcel has been there a week now. Went out for delivery last Friday and came back to depot because it was "waiting for another parcel". It wasn't. I already had that parcel. I called the 0800 number and she called them and I was told it would be at my place yesterday. It wasn't. It still says "ready for courier". I think I might just come and get it myself! Very unimpressed with this service.

   Still trying to work out what the "We have a parcel for you" leaflet means on the 15 sept 2010 a parcel is ready to be collected from paperplus. I've been twice IT IS PROBABLY at the depot but the leaflet says i have 10 days. So im going to the depot now. Thats 3 trips running around sfter NZPost

   My experience did not exactly take place at the depot..but their "non promptness"on answering emails sent to them is not acceptable. In particular their delivery personnel. My husband had a huge parcel sent from overseas. The parcel arrived in hawkes bay about 2months ago...apparently it was delivered to my house address in takapau on the 26th of june..it was not received even though people were in the house. I found this out through making my own enquiries..A month later and under investigation, no email has been sent back to the main office from the hastings depot or the driver whom the email was intended for. Still no package delivered and no response from the hastings depot.
