“PBT had been the courier chosen by someone sending a parcel to us, which ended up–as all courier parcels to us do when you are on a rural delivery–with our slack rural postal contractor. Even though at that point the parcel was out of their hands, they worked tirelessly by phone for a week to hound the contractor into finding and actually delivering the parcel.
