“I booked a last minute appointment to come here which I found the process very easy. I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment and was warmly greeted with a “Kia Ora” by the reception staff. I instantly felt very comfortable as I am Māori myself. Everything following this interaction was smooth sailing.. I filled in the necessary forms and was almost immediately seen by the dentist. The consult was very quick and it was decided quickly that we would extract 2 teeth, this took no longer than 20 minutes. My experience was very positive and I left feeling that I had all the information I needed but also satisfied with my service. I would highly recommend and would also be coming back in the future.
