   We are so happy with Jared! We were first referred to him back in 2024 and met with him a couple of times at our place. He told us we were ready to buy, but I was the hesitant one, so we held off. In June 2025, I got back in touch with him, and he responded straight away and came to see us again. The guidance and support he gave us throughout the process was incredible, he really went above and beyond. By October 2025, we were proud first-home owners! We honestly couldn’t have done it without him. Jared has continued to stay in touch even after everything was settled, and we’ll be forever grateful for his help.
