   WORST place ever, these guys are everything but professionals. They are careless about people health, they discriminate you according your financial status, if you go through ACC they hardly want to talk to you and they do their best to avoid your case, I needed to arrange an appointment with them because my specialist sent me there, so I went and they told me we will contact you to see when we can discuss an available appointment ( not to give me an appointment, only to see when the doctor can check his "agenda") I asked to talk to the doctor and the useless receptionist told me he/she is not there, I asked when is back? she said "I'm not sure". I was thinking maybe I should go back in couple of hours to see if the doctor can check his availability but nop. The useless receptionist told me we will contact you. so I gave her my number, my email address and still nothing I have no appointment. So one day they will contact me to give an appointment which probably will be assigned in another month time after they decide to contact me and in the meantime I remain in pain F*kers 12/07/2021 Now you "Sam" say you guys have no records of me or my referral but some how you guys are now contacting me to try to book me in (see the photo attached) How is that possible then if I never been in contact after my first visit and you got no record of me but I have been reached by you on my phone.. Oh I know how... because you guys do have my records I am just being plain honest, I have been forced to attend to this circus and deal with you all clowns. I felt a negative attitude, discrimination when the useless receptionist saw my referral form, I felt she did not want to help me at all, maybe because the way I look? maybe because I have an accent? maybe because it's a ACC job? that's discrimination You guys are getting paid with MY money to do a job, do not forget government money is my money because I pay taxes. So chop-chop! do your job. Now, "Sam" if you are replying back to protect the image of this business you should at least identify yourself properly because who the hell is "Sam" , professionals leaves in written their full name and position.
