“I have been reading some bad recent reviews and I would say that those have been some unfortunated isolated incidents. I have been taking my cars to Solomon during the last four years, finding an honest and great service after experienced some disappointed situations with other garages in Hamilton. Probably he's not the fastest but i prefer honestly and quality when dealing with mechanics services. Highly recommended if you are not in a rush.”

What really stood out to me was the honesty of the WOF inspector. I dropped my car off in the morning, and they gave me a call later to explain why it failed. “I have been taking my cars there for over a year now. I have been very happy with the service. I bought a used car about a year ago, which started stalling shortly after purchase. We had to try a couple of things before the problem was found. Throughout that whole process, the mechanics were happy to spend time talking with me about the problem, explaining aspects that I didn't understand, discussing the various options I had and what they thought the best course of action was. They are very responsive and proactive; they send me a text when my car is ready for pickup and reminder notices when my WOF is due. Very happy with the service!”
