I booked in for a brake adjustment and got in the next day. I was told the price at the beginning of the job and if there were any changes they would call. The work on my truck was completed within the timeframe and there were no changes to the price so I am very happy. Thank you.
Charged me 3k just to use cheap parts and do a shocking job, they have fixed my rocker cover gasket twice and I have just been told I have a major leak among many other problems they should have picked up on, my rotors got rusty after just a couple of weeks from their cheap parts and they spilt oil all over the engine so it was smoking on the way home. They also passed me for a wof when it was very clear my breaks needed fixing but they kept telling me they were fine when I asked them to check them. Cheap, inexperienced (or just lazy..) and a waste of your time and money.
Have been a customer at lightning Frankton for about 5 years.Their service is excellent,fast and friendly.They made sure I was advised of any cost of repairs before undertaking the work.The estimates have always been accurate.I have never had any problems with all the repairs and maintenance they have carried out on 3 different vehicles.They have done pre-purchase inspections which have made it possible to have the car dealer remedy some potentially expensive repairs before buying the vehicle.Definitely money well spent.Overall a good experience .
Wonderful service. Very helpful, affordable, friendly and professional. The receptionist was very helpful when explaining what repairs my car needed. I will definitely continue to use this mechanics for all our vehicles.

I keep coming back here, the customer service is great, the mechanics are honest and they go out of their way to help you. They price matched a competitor and even gave me a ride to work after I dropped my car off.
Called in and was lucky enough to get a spot the next day. My car's warrant was done super quickly. There was a few minor things wrong and they FIXED IT FOR FREE. I even got this super cute key chain. Would definitely recommend. $38 wof so not pricey at all. Will bring my car here for servicing and repairs from now on. Thank you!
I've used the one in Frankton and these guys are fantastic. They are honest, reliable and offer a good price too. We've used them several times before and always feel like they've done a great job and been completely honest and friendly. Another positive just to add, they are female friendly and have a female mechanic who also works on reception, so knows what she's talking about when you call or ask questions. A bonus when you're a female customer in a mainly male environment.
