Well I've never used there service but I know the guys who started it and they were awesome. But in saying that the young guys driving the vans round the back of pukemiro,Glen Afton need to watch it in there van,about 5 minutes ago a guy came past while I was walking the dog and he must of thought he was driving a F1 car he was pinning the pedals. Lucky I was on otherside of the road. Drive safely or loose it as the cops say!
A big shout out to Lisa, Dave and Kerrod - Lisa is lovely to deal with and had the team out to my place quickly and efficiently - they diagnosed the issue and had it sorted in a couple of days - highly recommend!!

Honestly I prefer my plumbers not to stand around talking to me about the problem and just to resolve it as quick as possible, right the first time and no need to return. It’s not like I’ve already googled the problem watched a few YouTube videos then decided to call them. I think the whole communication breakdown aspect that other reviewers are talking about maybe lies with the office admin, but in all honesty the same can be said about any other tradie profession and their office staff. Probably the only negative would be the return time in between ordering parts and then fitting them that’s averaging two weeks in the three times we’ve used them in two months.
