Shocking place to get work done. Worst experience Iβve ever had and are very over priced, after they finished working on my car I noticed a few things that didnβt look quite right. Took it to another shop to get a second opinion and they said the quality of work was sub-par at best. There was also an issue with an accessory they installed for me and they had installed a wrong sensor (their mistake) and they tried to charge me extra for a mistake made by them. Terrible experience. Would like to warn people of this place. They wonβt be getting another penny out of me dirty dogs.

This is the second time going to them... first time they put a Roof rack on my old Hilux, very poor service and workmanship, this time I went to them for a solar system for camping. Don't think he knows anything. Couldn't give me any info or ideas. Just wanted to start an argument.

Slightly long story, so bare with me here... I was due in Tauranga for a conference, and broke down just on the outskirts of Cambridge. Managed to get the car to these guys, who very quickly diagnosed a busted water pump. I rang an American car company starting with F in Cambridge, who politely told me to sod right off and try again in two weeks, so about as useful as t*ts on a bull, and they didn't even have the part i needed so if i wanted to go anywhere, id have had to cut a hole in the foot-well and Fred Flintstone myself to Tauranga. Truly professional levels of indifferent uselessness right there. Enter the worlds most helpful mechanic: 4WD Solutions however rang RepCo, (unasked)sourced the part, and had it within half an hour. Then they stopped what they were doing pulled my car into the workshop and had at it. An hour later they were done and i was free to go. Can't give the good folks here enough credit. Would absolutely recommend. 5 stars
