   Took my car into this place to get my car repaired and the service was ridiculous when I walked in… spoke to a lady on the phone who was willing to set up a payment plan but when I walked in I needed all cash on hand; what made it worse is I had to walk to this place because they couldn’t offer any courtesy cars or rentals during the whole month it took to repair my car… old grumpy man was super rude and had no manners, had to wait in reception for awhile for someone to cater to me… and to make it worse when I made the full payment through bank transfer I had to sit there and wait an HOUR until it cleared because they thought I could of “ hacked “ them when I had a clear screenshot of my bank payment - sort it out

   Wow. Lost for words at the unprofessionalism of this “business” We had an insurance job go through them as a result of being rear ended. First they painted half the car the complete wrong colour, now after getting it back the right colour I gave it a 1 minute look over and I have found splatter marks, very obvious masking lines, and rust spots. I’ve seen better paint jobs from 1 year apprentice painters.
