“I just want to write a quick small feedback about my journey with flight Centre, I had to change my tickets around it was so hard to get in contact with my previous agent. And I totally understand because of low staff and how busy things are. after trying different people from the call centre, I was able to get in contact with Stefan Ryder, he was super helpful and knowledgeable and really helped me a lot out I just want to give thanks to him, because he went way above and beyond for me and I’m really happy to see people do that in this day and age! “Went in for dinner last night with a big group of 30+ people. Coming from a hospitality background myself, I knew it would be a challenge for the staff, but they handled it really well. The fire alarm went off twice during our visit, so we had to evacuate each time — obviously annoying for everyone, but totally out of the staff’s control. They followed protocol and managed the situation calmly and professionally, especially considering many of the team looked quite young. Big credit to them. Surprisingly, they even gave us a 10% discount, which they didn’t have to do since the issue wasn’t their fault. It was a nice gesture and appreciated by the whole group. The food has definitely improved since I was last here a couple of years ago, which was great to see. Service was spot on too — friendly, attentive, and efficient. All in all, a good experience given the circumstances. I don’t normally leave reviews, but this one was well deserved. Will definitely be back.”

“My family arranged my birthday at The Verandah Cafre and Function Centre. The service, the team and the atmosphere is 5-star! Shout out to Scott, the Event Manager and the rest of the staff members who did a wonderful service in looking after our needs. If there's something that needs to be improved, it will be the food portions on the catering. But truly and overall, we have a memorable experience that lasts a lifetime! I've also tried making my own several times but I can't quite crack the code! The person who served me was also very polite and friendly. She even laughed at a lame joke I made after she warned me about how the Vindaloo would be quite spicy.”
