   Imagine it’s your first time travelling overseas so you chose to pay extra for a travel agent thinking you’ll be taken care off .., imagine being fully paralysed from the waist down, no movement in your legs and you tell the agent this OVER AND OVER, yet you arrive to your flight and they expect you to walk up stairs? Get off your wheelchair and walk??? When he hasn’t walked a step in YEARS???? Imagine finding out you have to call the resort and organise an accessible room bc your agent hasn’t done this either. This is unacceptable, so to Vanessa from flight centre the base, this is disgraceful behaviour and the fact you were paid service fees for this is disgusting. Hoping to take this complaint even further when the holiday is over bc accessibility is what we paid for and Vanessa did everything BUT communicate that for us. 0/10 never again.

   I just want to write a quick small feedback about my journey with flight Centre, I had to change my tickets around it was so hard to get in contact with my previous agent. And I totally understand because of low staff and how busy things are. after trying different people from the call centre, I was able to get in contact with Stefan Ryder, he was super helpful and knowledgeable and really helped me a lot out I just want to give thanks to him, because he went way above and beyond for me and I’m really happy to see people do that in this day and age! Thank you again Stefan Ryder.
