We arrived at the shop at 4.30pm, after checking the website to check the hours. Wednesday 26th, found the shop empty and the closed sign on the door. Very disappointed as we then had to drive to the base store in peak hour traffic, so was really pissed off.
Been going here for many years now. They always do a great job - the shop is very clean and the staff are awesome.
I took my one year old in for a hair cut. He cried the whole time, and the hairdresser was so lovely and patient, and did such a good job of his hair. Highly recommend!
Most expensive male hair cut I've ever had! Definitely won't be going back .
Very average, had to use the services as my regular stylist was not available, felt the price is totally not justified
I am the wife, I Just went in for a trim off the bottom and asked for long layers throughout, I got the bottom trimmed and my fringe done, NO LAYERS! Once again the hairdresser didn't listen to what I asked. I am not going back I am tired of this.
Was charged extra because I was told it was more than a basic cut. She literally just trimmed it, no layers, nothing like literally just cut a straight line and it was uneven. It was the worst hair cut I’ve ever seen. I actually could have done it better myself at home with kitchen scissors. After paying extra because of the “styling” required, I had to go to Rodney Wayne this morning to get a real professional to fix it. She was shocked. DO NOT go here!
Did a nice cut for the person I was supporting. Just a little loose on mask wearing. One fixed her mask, the hair dresser though left her mask under her nose. Not ideal, but apparently her mask fogged up her glasses.
After having my hair butchered at the sharing shed te away I was feeling pretty down. But I tried again at sharing shed Rototuna and there I met Erin. Wonderful experience. Fixing my hair ad making me feel better as well. Fantastic job Erin. I'll be back.
