   The lady/wife is very rude. Makes the experience unpleasant which really sucks because people like that should not be in customer service and I avoid going there now. The fruit and veges are also not the best especially the tomatoes but that is a small thing

   Terrible. I purchased some organes only to find out they were rotten. I returned then and politely explained they were off. The women owner slapped some coins on the counter and scooped up the oranges and dumped them into my hands telling me to put them in the council rubbish bin. Not a nice experience. I won't be back. If shehad just spoken to me nicely then all would have been fine but instead she was rude.

   The owner (older Indian lady) was very hostile, unfriendly, and downright rude. With so many other fruit and vegetable shops around (with friendly staff!), we definitely won't be returning. No wonder this outfit has such a low rating! Lesson learned.

   Whanau and I usually shop here for bread, milk & eggs. Was disappointed with the mannerism & rudeness of the wife (owner) this afternoon. After gathering items, I get asked if I was paying by cash/eftpos when arriving at the checkout part. I tell her eftpos, and she tells me cash only. I said she should have a sign up at the door for customers (or alternatively let people know upon entry). She claims it is a glitch in their system, then adds in that it may have happened because I walked in.. honestly, such RUDE CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT & COMMUNICATION. Will not be going here anymore, and will make sure the Whanau go to more friendlier outlets elsewhere. Appalling

   Disappointed on the occasions I have called in that the lady at the till fails to have her facemask where it is meant to be over her mouth and nose. What's the point of it if your not going to wear it the way it's meant to be worn. The signs on the shop window says face masks/coverings must be worn at all times I thought that would have meant the owner as well must comply to this.
