   Had a bizarre experience. Sign outside said ‘vacancy’.receptionist told us they had no vacancy but we should call her boss who had a brand new motel ‘straight across the road’. We rang the number she gave us, lady said exactly the same thing - ‘Hamilton Motel, brand new, straight across the road…’ Seemed odd, weren’t convinced we wanted to go there. Pulled out into street, there is NO Hamilton Motel straight across the street or anywhere nearby!

   Id give less stars if i could. Lucky it wasnt me staying here as i wouldnt even allow my dead goldfish to stay as its an unhealthy living enviroment. The manager isnt helpful as they are lapping up the over paid rent for the rooms by WINZ. Stare clear people

   I was visiting someone living here - the rooms are big and comfy and include a normal sized stove - I was told that they are not disturbed unecessarily or inconvenienced by routines here - but can ask about whatever they require. It is close to town centre - Pac n Save so Great for soneone living there

   Great ( STAY & SLEEP ) motel, air conditioned units with ceiling fan, we had a 2 person spa bath, & shower with functioning kitchen and full stove. Would have been 4 stars but the access to the out side swimming pool was denied due to it being cleaned, which is a let down in summer looking at a pool full of water and not being able to swim.

   the owner ( caucasian man with uneasinesss bout himself) was found in our unit 3 times that we are aware of over a 6 day stay. For no apparent reason?!?! Place was patroned ny gang members . I honestly felt like it was one of those motels with cameras

   It's a place to rest your head if need be but very rundown in the rooms. The cleaning of units leaves a lot to be desired. (Filthy stove, down sides on floor yuk! Dirty window sills and door frames)Another thing I found disgusting was the main bed had no head board and there were sex handprints all up the wall. This was evident standing in the kitchen looking towards bed. I'm not sure who cleans this motel but I wanted to clean the room before I took things in there. A lot of WINZ Homeless families which makes it feel like your in a camp ground not a motel! I would not recommend considering options on SAME street.
