I had been putting off a necessary bra shop for months and the time had come, so yesterday I headed in store and explained my situation and what I wanted to the amazing Melissa, and she helped guide me to finding new bras in the correct size and feel. She was a gem to help me so well, she gets all my 5 stars! BNT also have the only bras that my body will tolerate as most styles and fabrics irritate me, so when the time comes for new bras, I'll be back!”

“I love this place! Even though it's a second-hand store, it has items for all budgets. You just need to know how to choose, but you can find many useful things in great condition. I hardly ever go to regular clothing stores, most of my clothes have been bought here! I love it because you always find something different. I feel like I don’t need to go anywhere else since, besides the variety of prices, there’s also a great selection of styles, designs, and quality, all in one place! 100% recommended!”

“Most often in this day and age it is hard to find A++ customer service, I'd like to give a huge shout out to Caitlyn at The Base, she went the absolute extra mile to help me out, succesfully, confidently and cheerfully!!! Novo, remember this and look after her! 2 other staff at Novo also tried hard to help, they also are worth mentioning, shame I don't know their names, 1 was at Manukau the other was Sylvia Park, shame that they couldnt send the shoes to Hamilton, they weren't allowed to, when they really wanted to! Novo, a sale is a sale. Think about it Novo. I tried calling Novo for help, no answer, no replies to my emails even. I want to thank these 3 people.
