Really lovely blonde, taller staff member that is possibly a manager of sorts, seems to be a full timer. She’s always really chatty and welcoming. (Please make your changing rooms easier to access though!!)
To be honest i’m not surprised this isn’t the first 1 star review. Customer service sucked. I came in and there was maybe one other customer, so not busy. When I went to the checkout the girl behind the counter gave me an uninterested “hi” and then proceeded to ignore me and mess with some earrings until she could be bothered checking me out. The other workers continued talking and ignoring me. I am very disappointed because although I don’t expect a whole conversation, I at the least expect not to feel like an inconvenience and like I am interrupting everyone.
I never shop at Glassons but thought I’d give it ago today. The girl at the door was lovely but when i went to pay the girl behind the counter was beyond rude! Absolutely horrible customer service.
Rude staff. 10 mins until closing time and they closed the fitting rooms once they saw me selecting clothes to try. I wanted to try two items but the two ladies told me sorry changing rooms are closed. Please hire professional staff
My teen and I love Glassons. Good quality clothing at a great price. Always lots of friendly staff. The 15% discount for downloading their app a nice bonus.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The girl behind the counter was on her phone the whole time, she was also Extremely rude when I asked for help. Won’t be shopping here again.
The girls there were racially profiling my sister and absolutely so rude. This workplace needs a lot of work on how to serve and treat customers properly.
