   I wasn't going to write a review until I saw other reviews with similar experiences. The young girl behind the counter with a big ribbon in her hair was on her mobile when I came up to the counter. I then asked her how I use my voucher which was only on my phone, and she said "I'm not sure", and then that was it, no help or finding out for me. I eventually worked it out myself while she stood there watching and waiting for me! I mean, WOW, the service really needs some work in this store.

   Unfortunately didn’t have a great experience with Quinn today. She was very hostile to me when I asked her to get me a different size (as she had literally offered when I first came in) and she had such an attitude when I went up to the counter. I understand that everyone has bad days but she really shouldn’t be working in a customer service job with such a sour attitude. Really disappointing as Glassons usually does better than that.

   staff are more invested in their cell phones behind the counter than literally any form of customer service. no one saying hello or helping customers, felt like i was imposing on people's privacy trying to have a look today, no one offered any help even in the fitting rooms. consistently disappointing over the last year

   Over the weekend, I took my daughter to Glassons to shop for clothes and accessories. When we got home, we discovered that the plated ring pack we bought was missing from the bag. I called the store twice (since they didn’t return my call as promised), only to be told that once we left the store, it was no longer their responsibility. So, they get to keep my money, and I just have to accept their claim that they put the ring pack in the bag.

   hate hate hate this glassons!!! went there today between 10-11:30am and the 2 girls working were shouting at each other from across the counter about their social life’s and talking into their tiny walkie talkies about what they did on the weekend etc, they were acting really immature and unprofessional. I asked one of them if it was alright to try on a couple pieces and she completely ignored me and walked off, I ended up leaving with nothing. Staff are super rude and unhelpful and the clothes in store are way overpriced considering the cheap material used

   So happy Glassons Centre place finally hired a manager who prioritises customer service and a good instore experience. Super easy and fast return process and for the first time it was a pleasant experience here.

   As far as fast-fashion goes it's alright. The staff are nice, no hate for them at all but the prices are debatable. Don't get me started on sizing though, this is typical for most fast fashion places but it leaves much to be desired. I'll never say no to checking out the clearance rack though.

   this is more of a general glassons review, this one is pretty alright i think i like it more than the te rapa one. but um glassons ur clothing is Not worth its price, i could get a shirt that is the exact same as the ones u sell for $10 instead of $30. clothes get worn out quick after a wash.

   Not great vibes at all had such terrible glares as I came in with a warehouse trolley even to the point where one lady working in there said oh do they allow you to have trolleys from the warehouse everywhere. I was buying a pair of pants in there only to take them back put me off. To be glared at the whole time shopping maybe they thought I would steal heaps OF THEIR CLOTHES NO THANK YOU. Please centre place glassons show customers the kindness they deserve.
