I had driven to Hamilton from Te Awamutu and my car had overheated, so popped into Frankton Car Clinic to see if it was ok to drive home again. I had interrupted their morning tea break and they had a number of cars already in the bays, and yet they dropped everything, found the problem (needed a new thermostat) and arranged to get it repaired that day.
