Fertility Associates has a great team. It was easy to contact/chat using the app online by leaving a message. Special thanks to Dr VP Singh and Dr Rachel Potae. Every piece of information was given to us in detail by the staff, and they were very kind and approachable in answering our questions. Thanks for helping us walk through the process of becoming parents.
Due to having fertility issues we found ourselves seeking the help of fertility associates. We were recommended them and canβt fault them. From initial consultations they were informative, helpful and gave us all the information we needed to proceed on our journey. We qualified for public funding and after a while waiting we found ourselves not wanting to continue to wait on the ever extending waitlist so we chose to go private. Once we had decided this, we got put through the system very quickly and weβre basically booked in to go from my next cycle. All the staff were wonderful, from admin to nurses, doctors, and lab technicians. Everyone was so friendly, warm and put us at ease through each step of our journey. Luckily our first cycle worked for us and we are so grateful for the Hamilton team for helping us with the gift of our baby boy. We needed help from science to have him and fertility associates provided the means in the best way possible. We are so thankful we had this option available for people in our situation.
Fertility Associates helped us achieve a Family and I will forever be grateful to the team there. We were looked after so well in the lead up and during our IVF cycle. The facilities are immaculate, The staff are lovely to chat to and they are all very knowledgeable.
Staff were amazing and professional. Thank you for our little miracle baby. Highly recommend the Hamilton Fertility Associates. Just go for a chat with them it is a hard journey but well worth it and they make you feel comfortable the whole way.
