The vet quickly decided he needed dental treatment and that was the key reason for Darcy’s change of vibe. They had Darcy booked in at their sister clinic Hamilton South at a date convenient to me, provided pain relief and antibiotics and gave me a lot of peace of mind. Ever since my first consultation with CareVets Chartwell I’ve been exclusively taking Darcy to Chartwell and Hamilton South Clinic’s and received top notch customer service. Darcy has never been happier and you guys provide by far the best vet experience for my wee dude that he’s ever had in his 6 years. Thanks for all your team do. The reception team are so knowledgeable and provide great advice and the vet doctors are exceptional at what they do. “Absolutely amazing cattery. The owner is lovely and she was able to take our fur baby in at really short notice. They have their own little apartments and all have toys and bedding’s and somewhere to hide if they are anxious. Some have cute little cubbies to go in. Our boy loved it there. She is very reasonably priced and feeds them Royal Canin. Recommend Kaipaki Kats and will definitely go there again.”
