Booked over the phone for consultation. Told it would be $150. And I was told to see the bone specialist. Had the consultation saw someone completely different and then was charged $240.00. I then queried why. They said because this other vet not the one I asked for (hes charges 150) that's how much she charges. They spoke to me and mum very rudely because I queried the price. Tried to make me look like a liar and that I wasn't going to pay. There communication and booking system needs improving. And when I picked up my dog and got him home. The piece of material they put around the leg was just hanging there. Also I find some steal clip hanging from his hair which I didn't see but felt it. I Wasn't happy overall.
