   Professional and kind staff who are diligent with admin (appointments are on time and paperwork is easy for insurance) and are so lovely with my cat, who never wants to be out of her home. I've been going to them for years and I've always found them to be knowledgeable and able to explain things clearly. There's never been a sales push towards anything but they always ask if there's any concerns and do full checks.
