“Very nice receptionist who allowed me to check in before the norm check in time and specifically did up the bed to accommodate me. Cheers for that. Nicely done up bathroom which is impressive. So far the only bathroom with heating rod to keep the hand towels dry. Rooms are spacious w a mobile heater which warm up the room. Lots of storage beneath, on the side and a panel inside the pod to keep some necessities. Extra storage near the receptionist upon request. Super impressed by the Japanese receptionist who even help carry luggage to the room.”

“Southern Rugby Club - I was there to watch my youngest play rugby (junior grades). The club is great, people are friendly - like that they have a tuck shop there open from the first games. Very handy on the cold winter mornings where you can pick up a hot coffee or some food when you are watching games. Great club”

Unfortunately I ordered a main gnocchi dish and got a spaghetti starter instead but i was hungry enough to not care or say anything. Regardless the pasta was delicious and the restaurant was also able to provide complimentary parmesan to accompany my meal. The portion size of the hot chips for a starter was big and great value. “1000% My new favourite place to eat... Staff is very friendly and the Kim Jong Un colouring pictures were very satisfying to use. Loved the atmosphere/aesthetic of the place. Not many restaurants go for a "Decrepit Dungeon" sort of feel but I like the change :) Another awesome feature which separates the experience of Chen's Food Court from other boring restaurants is the wide variety of meals. My personal favourite meal is the "Mystery Meat", though there are also options for vegetarians such as "Fresh Moss" or "Black Mold". Overall, definitely a 10/10 dining experience and you can bet your bottom dollar that I will be eating here again!”
