   The fact that I am unhappy is an understatement. We were waiting for our friends while they were ordering in the store and then we were yelled at by an extremely old Karen which told us to get out because we had food on us that we did not buy in the store. We weren’t eating it, we weren’t being disrespectful, we weren’t taking up anyone’s chairs because their was only 1 person there so they need to get an attitude adjustment. All we were doing was sitting and waiting for our friends (YOUR PAYING CUSTOMERS) to get their food. This is unacceptable. Next time you better fix your attitude, oh that’s right, there won’t be a next time because I’M NOT COMING BACK!

   Came back after avoiding the place for 2 years, big mistake, young boy that served me, had no social skills, couldn't smile,say hello, or even reply when spoken to, I ordered a 6 inch chicken and a tropical smoothie, he made my sub, then told me he will just serve this next man, so standing at the till, I waited and waited and watched a fly land on the chicken, laid eggs as you can see in the photo, I said hey a fly is on the chicken, he just glared at me, so after slowly serving the man,he gets back to be, and does the smoothie, banging and crashing out the back, he handed me the yukest drink I have ever tried, it was watered down slop, I tipped in our chicken bucket, so $19.30 don't go here they should be trained or not be able to serve, toast for tea was great.

   Service was pretty average and had a few complaints about the sub ordered. Chicken, Bacon & Ranch with double cheese and double meat and avocado. The avo was forgotten, certainly not double meat and definitely bugger all cheese. Portions of vegetables and other toppings were also quite poor and limited.

   Had been to Mosgiel Subway and had a good experience as the store was neat and tidy all the food stuff were fresh there as it seems also the counter looked clean,staff was polite and would do order preparation quiet quick and neatly. Overall experience was good.

   server only gave small portions of toppings including only 3 small olives and only 2 pickles. i feel like i was scammed for my money and it isn’t reaching my standards. I feel poorly treated and am truly disappointed as i have never been to a subway this lousy.

   I go every time I go to town and all of the staff including manager are wonderful and have become used to my order they are always clean tidy polite and enjoy a conversation with customer's or a joke I highly recommend the Mosgiel branch

   Wow best experience at Subway anywhere! Logan our sandwich artist served all three of us promptly, smiling and quickly. Never asked anything twice made excellent sandwiches in double quick time. If I owned a local business I would snap him up in a heartbeat. Legend

   Enjoyed three pepper chicken salad. Everything about the salad was fresh and tasty. Seems they stopped making salads in a bowl, mixing well with seasoning and dressing and then putting in a takeaway container. There was dressing on the top and nothing underneath. I thought an international chain like this would have better systems than this. Regardless, salad was wonderful and worth the money
