As a PhD researcher, I have a penchant for strong arguments and am always impressed by a well-crafted response. This one exceeded my expectations, convincing me I'd found the right place for my vehicle's Warrant of Fitness (WOF). Did I pass the WOF? Unfortunately, no sir. Still they get a 5 star rating. I am gonna get it soon though. Steve, smart, precise and talented mechanic, who also has an infectious smile, carefully explained the three reasons my car didn't make the cut: 1. My headlights need polishing, 2. My fog lights should be switched from LED to halogen, and 3. My rear number plate requires reinforcement. However, this meticulous attention to detail and their transparent honesty is exactly why I trust them. It’s not about making an extra buck—they're already quite busy. I wholeheartedly recommend them, and I've already spread the word within my community. So, if you notice the queue getting longer, remember that it's the quality that draws the crowd. Just as honey draws bees, their worth is undeniable!!”
