Got good bargain on tool box 650 dollars down to 200 cos it had shipping damage in the back unseen from front,
there was an lady behind the counter was very rude and try to sell me something that was 2x the price of what she said on the phone to me then said she though i was someone else very rude. There is an few gentle men in there that are helpful

Really enjoyed buying supplies from BNT. A lot cheaper than going to mechanic. They provided me a brake pad set for front end but I made the mistake of not saying which end I needed. I called back into the store the following day and was able to get the improper brake pads replaced with rear end ones at no extra cost. Real good customer service!
2300 km on new ball joints from BNT and they failed a WOF The BNT policy is 10 days they will refund and compensate labour The store manager Richard has dragged this on for 2 months with his lies and inefficiency to do his job, losing the paperwork and too busy, haven't we heard it all. Don't let this reflect on the other staff

Like repco but the place to go if you need a part that isn't as generic or have a car that isn't common. Service was good.
BNT is the place that the true car enthusiast goes. Have just about everything you need without the tatt that most automotive shops do. This is a serious store for the serious mechanic. But all aside sometimes you can stump them with something they don't have. In the end though still a better place than the Repco's and super cheaps of the world.
The 3 Counter staff + Rep are friendly and great to deal with!
