After not replying to her for a few days the following week she called to touch base which was great because then we were able to book my car in for a full service and was accommodating to my needs, preference and date/times I was available. They put two new tyres on and then cost themselves the extra by letting me know I had wheel play issues to sort before a wheel alignment would be of any use.
