Received a balayage from Genevieve who was amazing. Skilled, professional and friendly. When I change my mind about something, she was more than happy to accommodate. Will definitely be using her as my regular.
I used to go to Vivo in Auckland. When we moved back to Rangiora, I was happy to see there is a Vivo here too. Always great service and a consistently high standard. Also it's a nice touch to receive a great cup of tea and a piece of fudge :)

My usual hairdresser has left the area and I had to find another one which is always a bit scary. But when I went to Vivo yesterday and had my very fine, short hair cut Katie did an awesome job, I am very pleased with the result. She listened to what I wanted and gave some very good advice on the care of my hair. This led me to book another two appointments right through to next year and I hope this will be a long term partnership.

I went to vivo for a balayage and it was done by a lady staff K******. I wanted a caramel balayage and ended up with golden dry uneven toned hair. Even though the staff was friendly the outcome was very poor and it looked nothing like balayage. So I had to rebook another session with an amazing staff at vivo (troy) and he totally transformed my hair. He did a colour correction and the caramel colour blended well with my black hair. Hats off to you Troy. Thank you
I got myself a blonde highlights Madison did such a wonderful job! she had such patience with my hair as it's so thick I'm very impressed and very happy with my result. It's a little bit pricey but was a wonderful job done! Thank you!

It had been two and a half years since I visited the salon, not due to any problems with the service, just circumstance. Went back to Sulene today and its the first time Ive been happy with my hair since my last visit. Cannot recommend this stylist and salon enough. Great service, great results.
