Even though Ben had a drama unfolding at his own home, he dropped everything and came and inspected our hot water cylinder. He ordered one for us and Tom came round and fitted it the following day. “Hot water cylinder decided to leak during level 4 lockdown so this was an emergency. We where very pleased with the quick response of the service man (Kelvin). He quickly assess the problem and set about fixing our cylinder. He had all the parts he needed in his truck. It took about 1.5 hrs from start to finish. He tidied up & removed all the old parts when he was finished. Overall excellent service.”

Brian came out and quoted, gave us advice on what we needed to get, and booked in a time for the following week once the shower arrived in. He turned up on time - not a minute early or late, and got the job done super efficiently! We are really impressed with Brian’s workmanship and professionalism, he put protective covers down, cleaned up after himself each day, and swapped out our second shower mixer and shower head unit too. Top job! We would highly recommend Brian for any plumbing work - but he is particular great with showers and bathrooms!”
